We’re delighted to announce that BBJ&K has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026 by Great Place To Work®.
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ recognise businesses that are working to create environments where women can thrive, with a focus on removing barriers to career progression, supporting development and growth, and creating workplaces where women can reach their full potential.
As a female-owned business, this is a particularly proud achievement for us. The recognition is based on anonymous feedback from our employees, demonstrating the positive culture we continue to build here at BBJ&K.
“I’m incredibly proud knowing that the women in our team feel supported and empowered throughout their careers with us is a real reflection of the positive workplace we strive to create at BBJ&K. I know there is always more we can do, which is why we continue to listen, review and improve the support we offer, with the wellbeing of our people at the heart of that.”
Emma Baxter, Managing Director and Founder
As part of our commitment to supporting our people, we introduced an enhanced maternity policy earlier this year, strengthening the support available to women during an important time in their personal and professional lives. We also have a dedicated menopause policy, alongside a continued focus on creating an environment where women feel supported throughout their careers.
We’re proud to be recognised alongside businesses that are helping to create more equitable and inclusive workplaces for women. For BBJ&K, this recognition is an important milestone and a reminder of the value of listening to our people and continuing to evolve our approach.
A huge thank you to our team for sharing their experiences and feedback. We’re incredibly proud to have their voices at the heart of our workplace culture.
