We’re delighted to share that BBJ&K has once again beenrecognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media &Marketing by Great Place To Work®.
Being recognised again in 2026 feels even more special as we celebrate 10 years of BBJ&K. A decade is a significant milestone; our people and our culture have always been at the heart of it. To celebrate our10th anniversary alongside being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing makes this an even more memorable year for BBJ&K.
As an independent media planning and buying agency, our work is naturally fast-paced, collaborative and constantly evolving. But while delivering great work for our clients is hugely important, we believe the environment we create for our staff matters just as much.
At BBJ&K, we want people to feel trusted, supported and able to be themselves at work. As a team of 25, collaboration is a big part of everyday life. Everyone has a role to play, everyone’s contribution matters and there is plenty of opportunity to learn from one another.
Our Great Place To Work feedback reflects this. According to our latest employee results, 77% of BBJ&K employees say it is a great place to work, compared with 54% at a typical UK company. Even more importantly, 100% of our employees surveyed said that people at BBJ&K can count on each other to cooperate.
For us, those numbers reflect something we work hard to maintain every day: a workplace where people feel respected, included and part of the team.
“Being recognised as a Best Workplace is an incredible reward because it comes directly from the experiences and feedback of our people. We’ve always wanted BBJ&K to be a place where people can do great work, develop their careers and enjoy coming to work with a team they genuinely value. To receive this recognition again is a brilliant reflection of the culture everyone at BBJ&K contributes to.”
- Emma Baxter, Managing Director, BBJ&K
From celebrating campaign successes and industry awards, to team lunches, social events, wellbeing activities and charity fundraising, we make time to recognise achievements and enjoy them together.
But culture is also about how we work day to day, supporting each other through busy periods, sharing knowledge, giving people opportunities to take ownership and making sure everyone has a voice.
Our team spans different levels of experience, with people at BBJ&K bringing different skills, sector knowledge, perspectives and career journeys to the agency. That mix is one of our strengths and helps us continue to learn, challenge ideas and improve the work we deliver for our clients.
As BBJ&K continues to grow, and we look ahead to the next 10 years, maintaining our culture remains just as important as growing the business.
“When we founded BBJ&K, we wanted to create an agencythat combined ambitious thinking and great media expertise with a strong teamculture. That principle hasn’t changed. Our people are at the heart ofeverything we do, and seeing BBJ&K recognised as one of the Best Workplacesin our industry is a fantastic acknowledgement of the environment, we’ve workedhard to create.”
- John Keane, Co-Founder, BBJ&K
Great Place To Work® uses employee feedback as a significant part of its Best Workplaces assessment. Its methodology looks at employees’ experiences of trust and reaching their potential, alongside leadership effectiveness, innovation, values and the wider employee experience.
We’re proud of what we’ve created at BBJ&K so far and even more excited about continuing to build a workplace where people can do their best work, develop, have fun and feel genuinely part of something.
